Sushi Hub Westfield Sydney CBD is currently looking for motivated, reliable and customer-focused Front of House Customer Service Team Members to join our team.

This role is suitable for candidates who take pride in delivering good customer service, enjoy working in a busy CBD environment, and are looking for a workplace with clear standards, structured training and a supportive team.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly and professional service to customers during daily trading and peak periods.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident in communicating with customers, able to stay calm under pressure, and willing to work as part of a team to maintain smooth store operations.

We are looking for candidates who are not only fast and reliable, but also have a positive service attitude and understand the importance of consistency, presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service
• Process customer orders accurately using the POS system
• Handle food handover and assist with customer enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the service area
• Refill products, sauces and customer service items as required
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team members to support smooth operations
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Maintain service speed, accuracy and store standards during busy trading periods
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures

Position Requirements

• Must hold a valid RSA
• Must have valid working rights in Australia
• Previous customer service, hospitality or food retail experience is preferred
• Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Able to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure
• Willing to learn and follow clear service standards
• Immediate start preferred

Availability

We are currently offering Casual positions with shifts based on store requirements and candidate availability.

Availability on the following days are highly preferred:

• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Thursday
