About Us

Hakata Gensuke is a pork bone broth and ramen specialist. We are currently one of the busiest ramen shop in Melbourne CBD. The restaurant started in Sept 2017 to bring the real taste of Japanese Ramen to Perth and now have become one of the busiest ramen shops in Perth.

And now are looking for talented candidate to join our growing team.

The Job

You will be responsible for the food preparation. You will always ensure that all food is prepared according to the standards laid down in the kitchen manual, standard manuals, recipes, etc.

You will be self-motivated and self-disciplined and have a natural ability to work within a team environment. You will have an ability to multi-task and be well organised in this busy hands on role.

You are able to work at least 25hours a week.

Skills and Experience

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not necessary as training is provided

Ability to speak Japanese is an advantage but not necessary

You must be able to work under pressure and work as a team player

Ability to adapt to our current work culture

Willing to learn and fast learner

Can do attitude

Be fully vaccinated with double dose

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.44 – $36.42 per hour
