Senior Barista / Experienced Café All-rounder

We’re looking for an experienced, confident and passionate barista to join our growing team at SATHU’s Deli, a busy neighbourhood café specialising in specialty coffee, freshly made sandwiches and good vibes.

We’re a small, passionate team that takes pride in quality coffee, great food and genuine hospitality.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a busy café environment
  • Strong espresso knowledge, milk texturing and latte art skills
  • Confidence working independently behind the coffee machine during busy service
  • Ability to maintain speed and consistency without compromising quality
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork, initiative and attention to detail
  • Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
  • Availability for early starts and weekend shifts

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based beverages
  • Maintain coffee quality and efficient workflow during peak service
  • Support daily café operations and customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock levels and coffee equipment
  • Work closely with the Café Manager and wider team
  • Help maintain SATHU’s service standards
