Private 1:1 Swimming Lessons | From $50/h + 12% Super + Bonuses

Flexible Hours + Rate progression available

Hourly rate increases are available as you build teaching hours with Nereids.

Teach 1:1 private lessons in families’ home and apartment pools across the Hills Shire.

We’re Nereids Aquatic Coaching. Teaching swimming here isn’t a side job — it’s a chance to make a real impact.

Based around the Hills Shire,* this role suits instructors who want flexible hours, premium clients, and real trust*.

This is a chance to:

What We Look For

  • Valid swim teacher qualification (or willing to obtain: Swim Australia / AustSwim / Royal Life Saving)
  • Working With Children Check
  • CPR + First Aid (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliable, professional, calm energy with students

We’re currently hiring 2-3 new instructors in this area to meet strong demand before the summer season.
