We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is fundamental in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our hotel guests

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, handling enquiries, and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Be a point of contact for all guest needs
  • Promote hotel facilities and associated loyalty programs
  • Accurately maintain detailed guest reservations and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of liaison between front office and all other departments within the hotel.
  • Assisting with concierge when required

Ideally you will have:

  • 1-2 years of Front Office experience within a 4–5-star environment
  • Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and written
  • A passion for the hospitality industry & an eye for detail
  • A customer service focus
  • Well presented, with an outgoing personality
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
