Full job description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring a high standard of food and service is consistently maintined.

You must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. You should be able to work effectively both in a team environment and autonomously.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Planning menus in consultation with chefs
  • Planning and organising special functions
  • Managing purchasing, pricing and stock control
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Ensuring the restaurant complies with health and hygiene regulations
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and service standards
  • Training and supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff

The position Requires:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

  • Have a right to work in Australia
  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references
  • Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
  • Be able to work under pressure
