Job Description

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to provide end-to-end recruitment support across our business. Based in Australia, you will predominantly support our Australian teams across a variety of areas including Water and Energy, while also partnering with teams across the broader ANZ region and, from time to time, supporting overflow into Asia.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, you'll work closely with hiring managers and the wider people team to attract and secure the talent that will shape our future. This is a hands-on partnering role for someone who enjoys building strong internal relationships, running a high-quality end-to-end process and bringing a consultative, proactive approach to everything they do.

You will be responsible for

  • Working closely with stakeholders to determine recruitment requirements and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proactively partnering with the business to understand recruitment forecasts and upcoming needs
  • Cultivating and managing talent pools aligned with our critical talent segments
  • Utilising your networks and online sourcing tools to procure strong candidates across a diversity of job types
  • Designing and deploying fit-for-purpose talent attraction strategies
  • Ensuring Egis maintains a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, using recruitment processes, policies and systems that attract and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Partnering with the people team to facilitate talent pathways, succession planning and retention
  • Working with Egis Group, regional and business line teams to enable global talent mobility
  • Supporting the business through change, guiding and supporting the amendment of talent acquisition processes and systems as required
  • Taking reasonable measures to comply with Company HSE policies and supporting initiatives that advance Egis' sustainability goals

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have 3+ years' experience in an internal or agency role, recruiting within the engineering, consulting or architecture sector. In addition, you will also have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a passion for building strong internal relationships
  • A consultative and proactive approach
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Previous experience with LiveHire, which would be very well regarded
