Your opportunity:

As the Teacher Aide, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Maintain workshop tools, machines and equipment through regular sharpening, servicing and repairs.
Prepare materials for student projects, including cutting, building jigs/fixtures, and organising consumables.
Keep workshops, storage areas and resource rooms tidy, organised and well-stocked.
Manage equipment and assets by engraving/labeling new items, replacing missing tools, and supporting annual stocktake.
Oversee safe storage and replenishment of materials such as timber, steel, plastics, adhesives and finishes.
Identify purchasing needs and report damage or maintenance issues to the HOD or teachers.
Maintain compliance records, including updating the Chemical Register and completing Equipment Maintenance Reports.
Communicating effectively and displaying high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member
