We’re looking for someone with experience, who is available over 5 days a week between 6.30am-6.30pm. Someone who brings energy, warmth, and a sense of fun to the role. It’s important to us that you have a genuine passion for early childhood education and help us keep that sense of joy and “sparkle” in what we do every day. At our beautiful sanctuary in Thomastown, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience, but just as importantly, someone who brings energy, warmth, and a sense of fun to the role. It’s really important to us that they have a genuine passion for early childhood education and help us keep that sense of joy and “sparkle” in what we do every day.
In your role as an Educator;

• You will Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
• Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
• Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
• Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
• Guide and spark a love of learning that stays with our little leaners for life

What You’ll Bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
