ABOUT PADEA

Padea partners with Queensland’s leading high schools to run after-school, on-campus study and tutoring sessions. As a QCE Tutor, you will help 4-6 individual students understand and complete their work over a three-hour block.

Join us to remove the worst parts of private tutoring (unpaid admin, late cancellations, and lonely work) and keep the best parts (high pay, flexibility, and impact).

We have locations in every area of Brisbane (North Lakes, Kedron, Indooroopilly, Coorparoo, Cannon Hill, Manly West, MacGregor, Logan, and more) + Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. If you are successful, we will match you to the campus most convenient to you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coach: Set clear goals with students at the start of each session and map a plan to achieve them.
  • Motivate: Keep students focused, manage distractions, and drive progress.
  • Teach: Help students understand content, prepare for tests, and complete assignments.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 90+ score in the subjects you tutor OR ATAR 99.00+.
  • Able to commit to at least one three-hour shift per week.
  • Reliable transport to school campuses.

HIRING TIMELINE

  • Applications Close: Midnight, Friday 10th July 2026.
  • Interviews: Rolling virtual interviews (20 minutes, includes a mock tutoring scenario).
  • Offers Made: By Monday 13th July 2026.
  • Start Date: Week commencing Monday 20th July 2026.
