The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Senior Leaders and Executive Assistant in managing operational processes and internal and external client relationships.

This will be a full- time, permanent position based in the Sydney Office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the administrative requirements of Senior Leaders/Managers as delegated including effective diary management to ensure optimal time
  • Timely organisation of travel bookings, accommodation and itineraries within budget and in line with EML policy.
  • Draft/develop correspondence, reports and presentations as required and as per EML branding guidelines.
  • Creating and maintaining effective working relationships with managers aswell as internal clients and key external personnel

ABOUT YOU

  • Intermediate competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Superior time management and organisation skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.
  • Customer Service and/or Office experience.
  • Experience of providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Advanced competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
