The position of Team Leader Supervisor is crucial within an organisation, serving as a pivotal link between management and frontline staff. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a designated team or department. Team Leader Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that team members adhere to organisational policies and procedures while striving to meet performance targets and objectives.

Education/Qualifications: must have

A bachelor’s / Masters degree in social work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience in support work or caregiving, with a focus on supervisory responsibilities, is essential. Alternatively, diplomas in fields such as Community Services, Counselling, Youth Work, Mental Health, or Disability Services can provide specialised training relevant to support roles. Skills needed include leadership, effective communication with clients and staff, problem-solving, and decision-making. Certifications such as Certified Social Worker (CSW) may be beneficial. Personal qualities like empathy, adaptability to client needs, and teamwork are crucial. Proficiency in documentation and Intermediate computer skills is expected. These qualifications enable Team Leader Supervisors to lead support teams effectively, ensure client care standards, and promote a positive work environment. Advanced English speaking, reading and writting skills, Testing will be applied.

Pay: $26.44 – $50.00 per hour
