Morang Community Care and Services (MCCS) is growing, and we're looking for passionate, experienced, and dedicated professionals to join our team!

Multiple Positions Available

Team Leaders

Disability Support Worker (Male and Female) - South and North

We are currently recruiting for:

  • 1 Female Team Leader (North)
  • 2 Male Team Leaders (North and South)

Disability Support Worker Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants.
  • Assist with personal care, daily living, and community participation.
  • Promote participant choice, independence, and inclusion.
  • Complete accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Work collaboratively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Team Leader Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of disability support workers.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Coordinate daily operations and support participant outcomes.
  • Monitor staff performance, compliance, and documentation.
  • Assist with incident management, medication oversight, and quality improvement.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.

Essential Requirements

✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Manual Handling and Medication Administration training (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
✔ Experience in disability support (leadership experience required for Team Leader roles)
