What role will you play?


In this role you will provide application support for digital banking services, helping colleagues and customers with their day-to-day banking needs. You will manage incidents and support requests from investigation through to resolution, using data, logs and monitoring tools to identify root causes and improve service performance. You will also work closely with teams across the organisation to resolve issues, enhance processes, and share knowledge.

What you offer


  • 4+ years’ of experience in application support, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using application monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Sumo Logic, Splunk, Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience managing incidents and applying service management best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work effectively across teams.
