Job Description – Salesforce IT Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier Salesforce professionals across roles such as Developers, Architects, Administrators, Consultants, and QA Engineers. This role requires strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and team needs.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Naukri, SignalHire, job boards, referrals, and networking).
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Salesforce talent across global markets (India, US, UK, Australia).
  
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and provide regular reports to leadership.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates.
  
Stay updated on Salesforce trends, certifications, and emerging technologies to identify high-potential candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce roles.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, FSL) and related technologies (Apex, LWC, Integrations, DevOps).
  
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting for Salesforce consulting firms or enterprise clients.
  
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and compliance requirements.
  
Knowledge of recruitment automation tools and workflow optimization.
