We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and ensure users receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
  • Monitor IT systems and escalate critical incidents when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
  • Assist with software deployments and system upgrades
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing IT equipment and user accounts
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on ongoing IT projects
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting service level agreements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, IT Support, or Service Desk
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies
