Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, building managers, utilities, councils, and government authorities to support project delivery and stakeholder outcomes.
Monitor project finances, manage costs, deliver projects within budget, and work with the legal team to recover relocation costs from third-party utilities where applicable.
Conduct quality inspections and audits of contractor works, ensuring adherence to company procedures, service level agreements, and performance standards.
Support team capability development by mentoring staff, assisting with skills development initiatives, and contributing to a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused network delivery function.
What makes you perfect for the role

Minimum 3 years’ recent telecommunications experience, with strong knowledge of fibre optic networks, infrastructure design, construction, deployment, and maintenance activities.
Proven project management and contractor management experience within a commercial telecommunications environment, including budget and cost control.
Strong understanding of telecommunications network architecture, service delivery methods, and internal/external infrastructure deployment processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve results.
