You're looking for a role where your organisational skills make a genuine difference every day. At Levande Cardinal Freeman in Ashfield, you'll become a familiar face within our village community, supporting residents, welcoming visitors and helping keep the village running smoothly.

Working closely with the Village Manager, you'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating resident activities, the next preparing monthly billing, supporting village operations or helping a resident with an enquiry. You'll build meaningful relationships while playing an important part in creating a warm, welcoming community for our residents. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the village through administration, finance coordination and resident engagement.

You'll enjoy:
  • A varied administration role with a balance of office, finance and resident-facing responsibilities
  • The opportunity to become a valued member of a close-knit village community
  • Working alongside an experienced Village Manager with plenty of variety in your day
  • A role where your organisation, initiative and people skills are genuinely appreciated
Why You'll Like Working Here
At Levande, you'll join a team built on caring, trust and pursuing excellence. You'll work in an environment where people know your name, your contribution is recognised, and you'll see the positive impact of your work every day.

This permanent part-time opportunity offers the consistency of a regular schedule while giving you three days each week for other commitments. If you enjoy building relationships, taking ownership of your work and being part of a welcoming community, you'll feel right at home.

You'll also enjoy:
  • Permanent part-time employment
  • Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:06pm
  • $35.00 per hour
  • Working onsite at Levande Cardinal Freeman, Ashfield
  • A supportive and welcoming team environment
  • Meaningful work where you'll interact with residents, families and visitors every day
What You'll Be Working On
As the Administration Assistant, you'll help ensure the village operates efficiently while providing exceptional service to residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Village Manager with the day-to-day administration of the village
  • Preparing monthly resident billing and processing accounts payable
  • Maintaining accurate records and village documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, resident activities and office administration
  • Being the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and contractors
  • Managing enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and care
  • Supporting village events that help foster a connected community
  • Helping maintain a safe, organised and well-run workplace through accurate administration and compliance activities.
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
You'll enjoy this role if you're organised, approachable and genuinely enjoy helping people. You take pride in providing great service, can juggle multiple priorities and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

You'll bring:
  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A professional, welcoming approach with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
Experience in retirement living, aged care, hospitality, real estate or property administration will be highly regarded but isn't essential.

If you've worked as an Administration Officer, Office Administrator, Receptionist, Administration Coordinator, Village Administrator, Property Administrator or Office Coordinator, your experience could be an excellent fit for this opportunity.
