Full job description

Part Time Medical Receptionist/Medical Secretary

We are seeking an experienced, friendly and highly organised individual to join our busy practice on a Part time (temporary - possibly leading to a more permanent role) for 3 days a week for 6 weeks.

Hours

  • 3 days a week, 8am to 5pm approximately

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Scheduling and managing specialist appointments
  • Answering a busy telephone and responding to patient enquiries
  • Processing of patient accounts
  • General Medical reception and administrative duties

Selection Criteria

  • Previous experience as a Medical Secretary/Receptionist who is able to Audio type
  • Experience with GENTU medical software

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Medical Reception: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Fluent English (Required)

Work Location: In person
