Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Melbourne-based Remedial team. This is an opportunity to work on technically complex and diverse remedial and strengthening projects that extend the life of critical infrastructure across Australia.

Profile

The Role


  • As an Estimator within the Remedial business, you will lead estimating and tendering activities from initial opportunity review through to submission. You’ll collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to develop innovative, competitive solutions for a wide range of remedial works.
  • The role is based in Melbourne, costed to overhead, with occasional short trips nationwide to support tender development and opportunity reviews.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for remedial construction projects
  • Develop construction methodologies, programs, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate and write high-quality tender and bid submissions
  • Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
  • Provide technical and commercial input during pre-contract planning
  • Support the identification and conversion of new project opportunities
