Join the GOTCHA Team!

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Team Members to join our bubble tea store in Werribee.

This is a casual position offering up to 30hrs for the right candidate.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love customer service, and want to be part of a fun team — we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be involved in:

  • Preparing drinks and food items
  • Serving customers with a positive attitude
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Handling POS and cash transactions
  • Restocking and basic store duties
  • Supporting the team during busy periods

Training will be provided.

  • Hospitality experience preferred but not essential
