The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Environmental Service Attendants (Kitchen Stewards) to join our team across a diverse portfolio of world-class hospitality venues, including Nobu, Ging Thai, Koko, and a variety of premium bars, restaurants, and event spaces

In this role, you’ll help maintain the highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting a team.

What you’ll do

• Operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment
• Wash, polish and store dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe and organised
• Clear rubbish, remove waste and maintain hygiene standards
• Support chefs and kitchen teams during service periods
Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures

What we require

• Availability to work 2 – 3 shifts per week across a 24/7 rotating roster
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, lifting and cleaning
A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn

What will help you stand out

• Previous stewarding, dishwashing, cleaning or hospitality experience
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on hygiene
• Ability to work at a steady pace in a busy team environment
Good organisation skills and a team-first attitude
