Job Title: Waiter / Waitress, Fire-Led Thai Fusion Restaurant

Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 3:00pm until close
Start Date: Immediate

About Soi Fire

Soi Fire is a fire-led Thai fusion restaurant in Potts Point. Bold, smoky, live-fire food and a room that seats 60 – 100 guests across a full trade. We're hiring casual FOH staff to join our floor team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests, taking orders and delivering food and drinks
  • Table service to the standard the restaurant sets
  • Knowledge of the menu and drinks list (we'll train you)
  • Clearing, resetting and maintaining the room
  • Supporting the Floor Supervisor and bar team throughout service
  • Responsible service of alcohol and compliance with venue policies

About You

  • Previous waitering experience preferred but not essential
  • Warm, professional and quick on your feet
  • Team player who takes direction well
  • Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Competency Card
  • Full Australian working rights

Hours

  • Wednesday – Saturday: 3:00pm until close
  • Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays: closed
  • Casual shifts as rostered
