    • This position attracts a base salary of $149,059.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation.

Sweet Surprises Terrigal is on the lookout for casual Customer Service Team Members to join our growing team! If you enjoy staying active and thrive in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience for our customers. We’re after someone who’s genuinely passionate about people and sweet treats!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly and attentive customer service
  • Operating the cash register and handling transactions
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining neat, eye-catching displays
  • Keeping the store clean, tidy, and looking its best

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not essential
