Barista – Full-Time

$26.71 per hour + Penalty Rates + 12% Superannuation


  • Convenient location directly opposite Brisbane Airport
  • Roster available: Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm
  • Parking available on-site

Eurest is your complete workplace food and catering partner. We can take care of everything from your tea room to the boardroom, as well as creating customised workplace eateries you can call your own. We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities.

THE POSITION

  • Utilise your solid understanding to prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision
  • Responsible for cleaning, stock control, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
  • Speed, efficiency and quality is vital - as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
  • Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Basic food prep and function support when required

THE PERSON:

  • Must have a solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods & grind adjustments to create a variety of coffees
  • Have Barista experience and are comfortable at producing high-quality coffees
  • Barista Qualifications are highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
  • Willing to apply for a Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
