Sales & Assistant Club Manager (Community + Performance)

We’re recruiting for a high-performing fitness club in Elsternwick, looking for a Sales & Assistant Club Manager to lead the front-of-house experience and drive membership growth.

This isn’t a transactional sales environment.

You’ll be:

  • Helping them feel comfortable, confident and supported

The Role

You’ll be the face of the club and the energy at the front desk.

  • Run tours that are engaging, personal and memorable
  • Follow up leads consistently and build genuine relationships
  • Reconnect with past members and keep the community engaged
  • Support club promotions, events and campaigns
  • Step into leadership responsibilities when needed

About You

You bring both energy and intent.

  • You enjoy working with people and building genuine connections
  • You’re confident in sales and comfortable asking for the close
  • You bring energy, urgency and consistency to your day
  • You’re motivated by targets, KPIs and achieving results
  • You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do

You’ll ideally have 1–3+ years’ experience in a sales or KPI-driven role, with a proven ability to convert enquiries and work towards targets.


Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles is great, but attitude and presence matter more.
