As part of our ongoing expansion into French-speaking markets, we are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist who can assist in strengthening our brand presence and business development activities across Europe, Africa, Pacific Islands, and other French-speaking regions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, enhance our digital presence, generate new business opportunities, and support international market growth.

Fluency in French is an essential requirement as the role involves direct communication with French-speaking clients, distributors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities within French-speaking markets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Coordinate promotional activities, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
• Prepare marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and technical promotional content.
• Manage company websites and online marketing channels.
• Liaise with international distributors, suppliers, and customers in French and English.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
• Advise management on pricing, product positioning, branding, and market expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support business growth.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Native or professional-level French language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience in B2B marketing and industrial products will be highly regarded.
• Strong research, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to travel overseas for extended periods
