If you are someone who loves to get up early to make the most of the day, to earn a crust, to do a job you love, then you are exactly the type of person we want at Bakers Delight

Mt Gravatt!

To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will:

  • Have a passion for baking
  • Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
  • Be a morning person! Some shifts commence from 2am
  • Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skills
  • Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty
  • Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster.
  • Have basic literacy and numeracy skills

At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for:

  • Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
  • Providing delightful customer service when required
  • Assisting with stock control and production expenses

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 – $36.41 per hour
