Job Opportunity: Full-time or Casual Café All-Rounder at Lab Kitchen, Carnes Hill

Are you passionate about coffee and want to become a skilled barista?

Lab Kitchen in Carnes Hill is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic café all-rounder to join our team. If you’re eager to learn, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
  • Take orders, handle cash, and process transactions accurately.
  • Prepare and serve fresh juices, as well as prep fruits and vegetables for the café menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storing and organizing delivered items.
  • Assist with opening and closing the store, ensuring everything is set up and packed away properly.

About You:

  • No previous barista experience necessary, but an interest in coffee making and a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work about 4 days a week (including weekends).
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a team player mentality.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexibility available with the roster; we’re looking for someone who can work approximately 4 days a week, including weekends.
