About the gig:
Reporting to the Kauai Store Manager and Team Supervisor, you'll be a cafe-all rounder by preparing recipes, drinks, providing heartfelt service and ensuring cleanliness in the cafe.

In a nutshell:

• You'll prepare the cafe working area by cleaning equipment, utensils and dishes
• You'll prepare orders as per order slips (drinks, smoothies, coffees and healthy wraps and salads are on the menu!)
• You'll take orders from customers and provide them with the absolute best service
• You'll work collaboratively in a team with other crew members
• You'll practice "clean as you go" at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store
• You'll be on top of all cafe promotions, standards and specifications

All about you:

• You have aligned experience working as a cafe-all rounder for at least 6 months. A+ for you
• You're comfortable working with a 7-day rotating roster
• You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all
• You are people focused. You're warm, honest and genuine
• You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels
• You don't get flustered easily. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to deliver
• You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're cool with ambiguity, and you roll with the punches when things change
