$111,459 - $160,548 per annum + 12% super & salary packaging | Permanent Full Time – 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday) | Nowra Dental Clinic | REQ679561 | Grade: Dental Officer Level 1/2 | Applications close: Sunday 23 August, 2026

This position will also receive payment of the DORIS Allowance (Dental Officer Rural Incentive Scheme) approx $20,000 pa on top of Salary level plus Super and Salary Packaging benefits.

We are seeking enthusiastic Dental Officers and New Graduates to join our multi-disciplinary team providing clinical services. You will be located at our newly purpose built modern Oral Health facility within the beautiful rural Nowra town area. This facility includes eight dental surgeries as well as enhanced diagnostic tools such as panoramic x-ray facilities and new accessibility equipment to enable the treatment of bariatric patients and users of wheelchairs.

Nowra has beautiful river scenery making this a lovely bustling regional town on the banks of the Shoalhaven River & delightful place to work. Enjoy relaxed cellar doors, museums and galleries, array of restaurants, cafes, shopping centres and a range of outdoor adventures. Nowra is also a great base for day-tripping to Berry, Kangaroo Valley and Jervis Bay.

As the Dental Officer (level 1/, you will provide evidence-based clinical care to patients, resulting in quality care and a contemporary approach to dental practice and patient care. In this role you will be involved in the diagnosis and treatment/management of dental disease and dental health problems from basic to moderately complex.

A Dental Officer (level is a newly qualified employee who is a beginning practitioner developing their skills and competency in dentistry.
