Full job description

HB Leisure is the world’s leading attraction partner for skill games and amusement across the globe. We are seeking a driven individual to motivate and lead our team of Games Operators in our exciting, ever changing work environment.

The Games Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the skill games operation within the partner theme park, ensuring budgeted targets are achieved and operating standards are adhered to. You will be required to work within given budget constraints whilst pursuing maximum operating efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training and motivating staff
  • Managing stock including onsite stock and stock warehouse
  • Visual merchandising of our prize displays
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintenance works when necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner park management
  • Employee performance management and disciplinary action when required
  • Setting KPI’s against budget and weekly site performance analysis
  • Work autonomously, while adhering to company policies and procedures


The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have management experience
  • Be flexible with availability as we operate 7 days a week.
  • Be confident to solve problems as they arise and understand when to escalate.
  • Have a valid driver license
