About the role

Join the growing team at Garnet Medical as a Compression Therapy Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of clients requiring medical compression therapy. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Drummoyne, NSW.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide expert advice and fittings for medical compression stockings and garments
  • Educate clients on compression therapy and correct product use
  • Manage the end‑to‑end compression garment sales and ordering process
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers
  • Assist with inventory management to ensure appropriate stock levels
  • Support general administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in a customer‑facing medical sales or consultative role
  • Strong understanding of compression therapy and its clinical applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and support clients
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to respond to enquiries with speed and accuracy
  • Qualifications in healthcare, nursing, or a related field are highly regarded but not essential
