Allura Dental is a brand-new, modern boutique dental clinic in Truganina, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Dental Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience.

About the Role

As our Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk while delivering outstanding customer service to every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Process payments through HICAPS, Medicare, and health funds.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Manage recalls and follow-up appointments.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Assist with general administrative duties and reception presentation.
• Help maintain a positive, organised, and efficient workplace.
• Dental Assisting experience highly regarded.
• Experience with Dental PMS.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Truganina VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High School (Year 9-11) (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
