We are a retail Lotto, tobacconist and giftware established for over 2 years that prides itself of fast and friendly customer service, and high quality products at great prices.

About the role

• You will be assisting with daily operation, assigned tasks and meeting sales target
• Capable of entering incoming stock, stock control assistance with stock ordering
• Excellent customer service and high attention to detail
• Always place the customer as your first priority
• Fast-paced environment with high customer attention
• Capable to work autonomously and independently

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Achieving day to day operational routines
• Ensuring adequate stock levels and notifying management for low stock lines
• Managing of stock, gift lines, Lotto , and tobacco
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for staff and customers
• A flair for visual merchandising and creating eye-catching presentations
• Engaging with your local community by remembering frequent customers and products

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Relevant Retail experience.
• Excellent customer service with a high level of integrity.
• Experience in TSG and The Lott systems preferable
• Great communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven to be reliable, punctual and service with a smile!

Training will be provided for the right candidates

Job Type: Part-time or Casual

Experience:

• Retail management: 1 year
• Lotto: 6 months (Preferred)
• Tobacconist: 6 months (Preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $25.75 per hour
