THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Membership Consultant, you’ll welcome members and prospects, drive new memberships, support fitness goals, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional member experience. Your key responsibilities are:
- Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong member relationships.
- Conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Follow up sales leads across phone, SMS, and email.
- Support marketing efforts, club presentation, and daily operations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. You'll ideally have
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Working with Children Check
- Proven experience in sales with a strong ability to build rapport and achieve targets
- Genuine people-first approach with excellent relationship-building skills
