What You’ll Do
As a Draftsperson in our Knockdown Rebuild team, you'll be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality working drawings and documentation that support the successful delivery of our customers' homes. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll ensure documentation is completed on time, complies with relevant requirements and supports a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction. You will:
- Prepare and deliver accurate working drawings and construction documentation in line with project timelines.
- Produce town planning documentation that meets council and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and interpret technical reports and consultant information to support design outcomes.
- Maintain a strong focus on drawing quality, accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve drafting and construction queries in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements across the drafting function.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, NCC, and the Victorian Planning Scheme
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (RevIT experience a bonus)
- Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and site documentation
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
