Full job description

We are a commercial painting company in Melbourne and are looking for an experienced estimator/ quantity surveyor who has got a good understanding and knowledge of reading architectural drawings, specifications and scope of works to measure painting projects from small to medium size in various category of Residential (Apartment) and Commercial sector (Aged care, school, hospital and the like)

MAIN DUTIES

Prepare detailed bill of quantity

along with highlighted drawings

ESSENTIAL

Previous experience estimating in commercial projects
