360 Personnel is looking for new team members across Hobart and the East Coast!
We offer part time, casual, and ongoing work in construction, manufacturing, and general labouring roles. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’ll support you every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition into employment.

What you need:

  • White Card (Required)
  • Basic PPE
  • Australian work authorisation

Jobs on Offer:

  • General Labouring: Assist on-site with cleaning, basic hand and power tools under supervision. No experience needed—just bring determination and work ethic!
  • Skilled Labourers / Trades Assistants: Work independently and safely at a steady pace, supporting various site tasks.
  • Ticketed Roles & Operators: Traffic control, truck drivers, scaffolders, and other specialist positions.
  • Warehousing & Manufacturing: Forklift operation, pick and pack, loading/unloading, production line work, machine operation.
