We are seeking an experienced full-time Housekeeping Training Manager to join our team working across Brisbane & the Gold Coast.

Based in Brisbane CBD, your day would simply look like this:


  • Facilitate management development training
  • Training and developing team members to the ahs standards
  • Coaching team members on job performance
  • Encouraging work simplification, efficiency and pride in work performance
  • Developing a professional, mutual relationship with clients
  • Ensuring standard operating procedures are adhered to
  • Communicating with team members regarding OH&S issues
  • Ensuring team member grooming is correct to hotel and ahs standards
  • Work with the hotel leadership team on short- and long-term quality metrics
You will have a strong appetite to build and sustain relationships with a passion for excellence. Utilising your time management and efficient work habits will bring a sense of urgency and be results focused.
