About the role

Qube Bulk now have a new position vacant for a road transport Fleet Controller to join the team at our Port Hedland operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that work by Qube complies with all client, regulatory and company responsibilities, including safety, by managing the effective delivery of Truck Haulage to our Clients.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the operations manager.
  • Ensure operational performance aligns with client expectations and project requirements.
  • Scheduling drivers, trucks and trailer combinations to deliver work safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with Qube and all applicable Heavy Vehicle and Main Roads legislation, regulations and policies.
  • Close interaction and cooperation with our customers supply chain team.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across transport operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar role or vast transport background would be advantageous.
  • MC and Dangerous Goods licences would be desirable.
  • Must be able to problem solve and adapt to forever changing schedules and deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn.
