About the Role:
Located at our Endeavour Foundation Industry Site in Portsmith, Cairns, this role supports Production Team Leaders and Site Managers in meeting daily operational and production requirements. You will be responsible for operating an Endeavour truck, ensuring the safe, efficient and timely collection, transportation and delivery of goods.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident navigating delivery routes, physically fit, and committed to safety, quality and reliability. The position is full-time, working Monday to Friday (76 hours per fortnight).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Endeavour Foundation trucks, including completing daily pre-start checks
  • Safely load and unload goods, maintaining quality standards and minimising damage
  • Ensure all transport activities align with safe work practices and procedures
  • Deliver goods on time while meeting customer and operational requirements
  • Comply with road regulations, including load weight and safety limits
  • Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe behaviours promptly
  • Follow safe work method statements and manufacturer guidelines when operating equipment
  • Contribute to achieving production targets and customer expectations

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid HR Truck Licence (essential); Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail when handling, sorting and stacking goods
  • Good communication skills and a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work to schedules
  • Physical capability to lift and move heavy items safely
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and respect for others
  • Willingness to obtain (or current holding of): Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Police Check (‘Fit2Work’)
