We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Kitchen Staff (Hot Food Section) to join our kitchen team at our Ringwood location.

• Hourly Rate: $26.44 per hour + Weekend & Public Holiday penalty rates (+ Superannuation)
• Working Hours:
• Weekdays: 15:00 – 21:00
• Weekends: 10:00 – 21:00

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate hot food dishes with consistency and attention to quality
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and presentation
• Support daily kitchen prep and collaborate seamlessly with other team members
• Monitor section inventory, ingredient freshness, and report ordering needs to head chefs/management
• Comply strictly with all food safety, handling, and workplace health regulations

Requirements

• Relevant commercial kitchen experience (Hot food section / Korean cuisine experience highly regarded)
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher), or equivalent qualifying experience required for visa criteria
• Genuine commitment to long-term employment with our team
• Full availability to work scheduled weekday and weekend shifts
• Reliable, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
