All-Rounder Front of House Staff – Join the Team at Pasticceria Papa (Five Dock)

Pasticceria Papa is looking for a friendly, motivated All-Rounder Front of House Staff Member to join our busy and well-loved café.

We’re a fast-paced, high-energy venue operating 7 days a week, offering both casual and full-time opportunities. Successful applicants will typically receive around 5 day shifts per week, depending on availability and business needs.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be an important part of our front-of-house team, helping create a great experience for every customer by:

• Welcoming and serving customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Taking orders and handling payments efficiently
• Preparing café drinks such as coffee, milkshakes, and cold beverages
• Running food and drinks to tables
• Keeping the café clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Supporting your teammates during peak service periods

What we’re looking for

We don’t expect you to know everything — we’re more interested in attitude and energy.

• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Great communication and people skills
• A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and willingness to learn
• Availability across daytime shifts, 5 days per week
