In this role which can be performed remotely from anywhere in Australia, you will be responsible for end-to-end design working alongside a cross-functional delivery team as part of your allocated workstream, whilst having flexibility to support other streams as required.

In addition to designing easy to use interfaces and working with Figma design systems, you can also expect to spend some time designing marketing assets and creating sales decks, applying your well developed visual design skills to extend our existing brand. You'll also spend time working on prototypes, participating in user testing sessions, and contributing to customer research and ongoing measurement.

You could be the one if you have…

  • A variety of examples in your folio, with the ability to communicate rationale and success metrics

  • Experience working effectively with software engineers

  • Experience working with a range of design tools, such as Adobe Suite and Figma

  • Experience designing across a range of platforms and operating systems (e.g. iOS, Android, Web)

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong understanding of visual aesthetics, typography, grid systems, and design principles

  • A flexible approach to work, with enthusiasm to complete a variety of tasks, ranging from designing interfaces to finalising sales decks, and marketing materials

  • A curious mindset and continuous learning orientation

  • Choice of company laptop (PC or Mac)

  • Have access to generous paid leave policies

  • Have access to materials and services provided by our partners, including Pride in Diversity
