Join our growing ICT team and make a real impact

Are you an experienced IT professional who thrives on solving problems and supporting others? As a Service Desk Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical queries, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the organisation.

Working closely with our wider ICT team, you’ll bring your technical expertise and proactive approach to deliver high-quality support, guide users, and contribute to continuous improvement across our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support across office and business applications

  • Log, triage, and manage incidents to ensure timely resolution

  • Accurately record and track service requests and maintain documentation

  • Provision and support end-user devices including computers, telephony, and hardware

  • Assist with ICT equipment provisioning and deployment

  • Contribute to asset management, software licensing, and system improvements

  • Collaborate with the broader ICT team to resolve complex technical issues

About You

You are a customer-focused and technically capable professional with:

  • Proven experience in a service desk or IT support environment

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, devices, and business applications

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Experience supporting user training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
