Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments.
-
Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow’s products and ensure smooth adoption within their developer workflows.

Create and maintain internal and external documentation to improve future support and empower developers.

Engage with the broader community via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences—representing EngFlow’s voice with empathy and technical clarity.
-
Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through metrics, tooling improvements, and automation.
Requirements

Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a big plus).
-
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
-
Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
-
Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
-
Great communicator—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls.
-
Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases.
-
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems.
-
Bonus: experience working with async communication and distributed teams.
