We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Administrator to join our Sydney office that will be supporting our Heritage team for an 18 month fixed-term position. The role demands a proactive, curious and self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is always seeking to improve their skills. You will be challenged with diverse and exciting tasks, ensuring that no two days are the same. If you're passionate about providing top-notch administrative support, we would love to hear from you.

As a Team Administrator every day is different! You'll make an impact by:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to Partners and Directors of the wider Heritage team
  • Document preparation, compiling, formatting, word processing and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel, diary management, client meetings, team meetings and events.
  • Assist with tender submissions
  • Provide technical support on all Microsoft Office Suite programs and expense management system (Concur).
  • Provide financial and technical support on the Urbis Practice Management system (BST), including the set-up of projects, tracking budgets and monthly invoicing.
  • Collaborate around continuous improvement of existing administrative systems.
  • Learn alongside an experienced team of design administrators.

  • Sound commercial awareness and a strong respect for policies, processes and quality standards
