About us.
Urbis is more than just a consultancy. We are a multidisciplinary urban consultancy, inspiring and creating solutions for our ever-changing world. We empower our brightest minds with opportunities to push boundaries, collaborate and deliver exceptional, creative solutions for our clients and each other.
If you're looking to make transformational impact in our cities and communities, we're keen to meet you.
We pride ourselves on empowering our employees and supporting them to be the best they can be. Here you will make a tangible difference and create positive impact, while gaining enviable industry experience and broad exposure to the most exciting work.
The opportunity & how you will make an impact.
As our CRM Administrator, you will play a central role in enabling how Urbis manages and strengthens its client relationships through technology. Working across the business, you will own and continually improve our CRM capability, HSO AEC360 built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring it supports meaningful engagement, insight-led decision-making and a strong client experience. You will project manage the platform's day-to-day operation with key stakeholders, maintain the integrity and quality of client data, and help the organisation make better use of CRM, marketing automation and analytical tools. This role is fundamental to lifting how we connect with clients and how confidently our people use data to support growth and collaboration across One Urbis.
This Sydney or Melbourne based position is a part time (0.4) role working two days per week for a 12 Month Contract.
As Our CRM Administrator, every day is different. You'll make an impact by:
- Leading the development, governance and continuous improvement of Urbis' CRM platforms (Urbis and Cistri) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring strong data integrity and usability across the business.
- Owning client and contact data management, including data gathering, cleansing, migration and audience segmentation, to support the full client lifecycle and high-quality engagement.
- Managing and optimising marketing technology and automation tools, including campaign delivery, reporting, templates and system integrations with ERP and other platforms.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support lead management, training and adoption of CRM best practice, and to demonstrate return on investment through insights and reporting.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for Urbis' marketing technology stack, working closely with Marketing to support campaigns, events, webinars and continuous improvement of the client experience.
About you.
We look for talented people who are purpose-driven and thrive in high-performing, inclusive and collaborative environments. You'll work across teams to bring out the best in others whilst bringing new thinking and energy.
We know everyone is different and bring different strengths and passions with them. In addition to yours, we're keen to connect with you if you bring the following experiences and attributes:
- 3+ years' experience in data management, CRM administration or support, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including HSO AEC360), Salesforce or similar, with experience supporting data quality and user adoption.
- Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g. Concep, Pardot, Marketo or equivalent), with exposure to webinars and events platforms an advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel capability and the ability to turn data from multiple sources into clear insights and recommendations.
Why Urbis?
We are passionate about purpose with impact. You'll join an organisation united by a shared goal: shaping cities and communities for a better future. Your work will help create a positive legacy through innovative and meaningful contributions. You're encouraged to bring your ideas, be bold and contribute to an environment built on connection, flexibility and authenticity.
We invest in your growth, with inspirational leadership experiences, structured development pathways and the freedom to lead your own way. We empower you to shape your career and your impact.
We believe in flexible benefits, performance-driven rewards and experiences that support you both professionally and personally-because what matters to you, matters to us.
