Vending Machine Filler – Melbourne (Part-Time)

About Us

Game Guys is one of Australia's fastest-growing collectible vending machine businesses, specialising in trading cards, anime merchandise, blind boxes, and pop culture collectibles.

With 26 active vending machines operating across shopping centres in Sydney and Queensland, we're now expanding into Melbourne and are looking for a reliable team member to help grow our Victorian operations.

We're a small but ambitious team that values reliability, initiative, and taking pride in your work. This role is more than simply refilling vending machines—it's about ensuring every machine looks great, stays fully stocked, and provides an excellent customer experience.

Job Purpose

As a Vending Machine Filler, you'll be responsible for servicing vending machines across Melbourne shopping centres. You'll travel between locations, restock products, keep machines clean, perform basic troubleshooting, and report any issues to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service multiple vending machines across Melbourne shopping centres
  • Refill products and maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Keep machines clean, tidy, and professionally presented
  • Perform basic troubleshooting (training provided)
  • Report stock shortages, damaged products, or technical issues
  • Record completed servicing through our system
  • Travel efficiently between locations
  • Assist with warehouse duties when required

What We're Looking For

  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Physically capable of lifting stock and restocking machines
  • Comfortable driving between shopping centres
  • Previous retail, warehouse, merchandising, vending, or delivery experience is an advantage but not essential

Work Schedule

  • Part-time
