Your New Role:
As Venue Manager, you'll lead one of Australia’s most exciting entertainment venues, inspiring a high-performing team, driving venue success, and creating unforgettable guest experiences at Kingpin Crown. In this role, you’ll:

Who Are You?
You're an experienced and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality, retail or entertainment environment. You'll bring:
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience managing a busy hospitality, retail or entertainment venue
  • A proactive and inspiring leadership style, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for creating exceptional experiences for both corporate and social guests
  • Sound financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing venue performance and profitability
  • A genuine passion for guest experience and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
