The Opportunity

Join a close-knit, motivated team servicing hygiene and medical customers across Geelong, surrounding areas, Melbourne, and Regional Victoria. Based in Corio (3214), this role involves regular face-to-face customer interaction, providing an excellent opportunity to build strong client relationships while delivering essential services.

You'll work Monday to Friday from 5:00am start, with regular overtime and weekend roster opportunities available.

What you'll be responsible for

Covering metro and regional Victoria medical waste collection and disposal of medical waste
Following the health and safety procedures in regards to managing this type of waste
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Actively maintain a healthy and safe work environment

What you'll need to be successful

Current Medium Rigid Truck Licence
Minimum 2 years’ truck driving experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Strong safety focus with a proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement
Motivation to learn, develop, and contribute within a collaborative team environment
